Our shipping and return policies are outlined below. Please review before placing your order. For complete ordering information, please view our "Ordering Info" page. If your question or concern is not found in either location, please contact us by email to resolve your question before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for buyer mistakes in ordering.

SHIPPING COSTS & SALES TAX

All shipped orders must include a minimum $6.00 shipping charge. California residents must add 8.5 % sales tax to order. If your order includes soldering, a connection fee (handling charge) of $3.00 per connection is added to your order at checkout.


SHIPPING TIME

Raw Stock
Generally raw stock sales orders will ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
 
Soldering requests, depending upon complexity, may increase shipping time.
 


SHIPPING METHODS

Most items ship out US Postal System via Priority Mail with confirmation notice.

Depending upon shipping considerations, we may optionally ship via UPS.

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

To provide guaranteed delivery with a reliable tracking service, we use United States Postal Service Express Mail. Depending on country, location, and weight; shipping costs may vary.

Our International Shipping is a two-part process:

A) Pay for order which we'll package up and determine its cost via final weight and country location.

B) We'll notify you of that cost, then you pay us the shipping cost (via PayPal). Your Lightwire will ship upon receipt of your payment. International shipping costs may vary depending on weight and final destination.



BACK ORDERS

Back ordered items are sent upon receipt of new inventory, shipping charges apply for follow-up shipments.


PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS

Returns must be requested within 30 days after receipt and must be pre-qualified before returning to us. We will issue a RMA upon qualification of return.

Product return policy is based on defective Lightwire, driver, or sequencer items. Please test immediately upon receipt. If something doesn't work (i.e., has been damaged during shipping), please contact us immediately for return instructions and RMA. We will repair or replace at our discretion.

Shipping and handling charges for replacements will apply.

Driver/sequencers must be in exactly the same condition that we shipped to you.


REPAIRS

Lightwire may be returned for repair, but is not refundable. It will be fixed and returned to you. Please call for repair costs if the Lightwire failed after 30 days. If Lightwire fails in less than 30 days after receipt, we will repair at no charge—but all shipping charges will still be applied.

RESTOCKING FEES

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount of purchase on all returned items


QUALITY ASSURANCE

We do 100% testing of all items prior to shipping.
